考虑补贴的独立微网容量配置优化方法(6)

4 结语

本文针对风光柴蓄独立微网系统,提出了一种长期的容量配置优化方法,并建立了仿真平台。通过该平台实现了基于多种电源组合方式下考虑补贴方式的独立微网容量配置优化仿真分析。结果表明,基于本文采用的补贴标准,按发电量补贴方式比按安装补贴方式对本文研究的微网建设投资商更有利,其可获得的总补贴收益更多,总投资成本更少。同时本文研究得到不同规划阶段的微电网最优配置,为微电网的分阶段建设提供了一定的参考。
